Use wild Juniper berries for your own herbal applications, to brew tea, or as a wild spice in the kitchen. Juniper berries have a sharp, sweet resinous flavour. Juniper complements dishes of wild game, pork, bison, roasts and stews. Juniper berries are also used as a flavouring in Gin and sauerkraut.
Caution Juniper Berries are not recommended for use during pregnancy.
