Wild Morel mushrooms (Morchella sp.) foraged fresh from the ashes of previous years forest fires. Hand harvested in the NWT by the Laughing Lichen crew. Each 15 g package contains three recipes with cooking instructions. Limited availability, enjoy them while quantities last!

Our Wild Morel Mushrooms are dried within hours of harvesting and are de-stemmed. High quality Grade A mushrooms. Hydrate these gourmet delights by soaking them in warm water for 15-30 minutes before cooking.
