Wild Nettle is well documented for its nourishing properties and aiding in circulation. At Laughing Lichen we harvest our Nettle and Fir Tips in early summer along the banks of the Skeena River in Northern BC.

I’ve been using different soaps from Laughing Lichen for a few years. #1 hands down for fresh smell, smooth skin, ease of cutting the bar ( to make it last longer I cut it in 3 sections), this Fir and Nettle is best. I use it as a shaving cream because my skin is smooth with no rash afterwards. Others Ialways keep on hand are Mad Trapper and Juniper with Lichen.
