Wild Mint (Mentha canadensis) also called Canada Mint, and Japanese Mint
This species of mint is harvested along the shores of northern lakes each summer and carefully shade dried for optimal freshness. It is extremely potent – much more so than many species of wild mint.
This wild mint makes a delicious and refreshing herbal tea or can be used as a food additive, spice or a herb for your own creations.
